Yes, help is just a phone call away! Telephone coaching sessions has a successful rate of over 91%. Currently, Attaining Balance has clients all over the United States, Canada and Europe, and much of this is possible because of the great opportunities modern technology offers. By taking full advantage of telephone, text, emails, and internet services such as Skype we have been able to provide added value to our clients. Telephone sessions are effective and highly successful.
YOU can benefit from Phone Coaching Sessions
· Phone sessions have many benefits. One benefit is convenience, especially if you do not live near our office in Winter Park, Florida. Additionally, you can save time by staying in your home or office and not traveling, not to mention the cost involved in travel.
· You can have frequently phone sessions without the traveling.
· The freedom of phone sessions will allow you to feel better sooner without having to wait weeks or months to be able to travel for your next session.
· The best convenience is that you are able to do these sessions in your own environment or the privacy of your own home or office.
Below you will find some requirements that would ensure a successful phone session:
Prerequisites for Phone Sessions:
- Taking Advantage of Phone Sessions
· If you recognize the importance of being open minded and you are ready to reach your full potential than you will benefit from telephone coaching sessions.
· Many clients that have mastered the ability of doing sessions on their own. A phone session will be a great jump start if you have a busy schedule and find you can’t always get to the office for sessions as often as you would like.
· Phone sessions are a great alternative to talk to a Coach face to face. Many individuals feel better when in their own home or in a familiar enviorment.
- The Length of the Phone Sessions
· Our regular face to face sessions are an average of 50-60 minutes; and the phone sessions are the same. We recommend that you set aside at least 75 minutes for the phone call in case there is a technical situation.
- Telephone Equipment for Phone Sessions
· A headset or speaker phone is recommended. This will free up your hands during the session.
· Please be sure that your cell phone is appropriately charged to last the duration of the session.
· For privacy and confidential purposes, as your Coach, I will not use a speaker phone.
- Location for Telephone Coaching
· As your Coach, I will usually place the call to you for the session at the time that was pre-arranged.
· I recommend that you take the call in a quiet and noise-free area or room. It is best to stay indoors during a phone session. Being outdoors or a public place (or an automobile) may not avail you of the privacy you will need and noisy environment may keep you from concentrating.
- Form of Payment:
· The cost for the phone sessions will be per hour. Please verify the price at the time the appointment is set.

You may use a major credit card which will be charged after each session. A
credit card consent form
will be mailed or emailed to you.
WARNING: for security purposes, please fill in all the necessary information and omit the last
4 digits of the credit card.
This information could be shared by phone at the beginning of the session.

- Appointment Times for phone Sessions
· Hours of operation are very flexible especially with phone sessions. The different time zones from coast to coast are taken into consideration.
- Other Details:
· The necessary forms will be provided to you by mail or email. The signed Waiver of Liability must be received prior to the time of the phone session. Please make sure all original forms with signature is mailed or email to

As with all our sessions, we need to have a before the session.
If we already have a signed Waiver form from visiting our office
it is not necessary to do another one for the phone sessions.
Otherwise, we can mail or fax a form to you.
We need a copy of the form with an original signature before the session.
